Irondequoit’s Reunion Inn has storied past
The Reunion Inn in Irondequoit certainly lives up to its name, hosting four or five class reunions from Eastridge and Bishop Kearney high schools every year.
But there’s a lot more to this Sea Breeze landmark.
It’s a cozy hangout for many regulars, and the eclectic adornments and long-tenured staffers help to create a funky vibe.
The Reunion also has ties to a long-ago politician, the founding of a country club, clandestine cocktails, a former pro boxer and, to hear the owners speak of it, ghosts.
