'Ghost Adventures' crew kicks off season 12 with trip to Black Dahlia Murder house | Paranor
One of the main reasons I got involved with the field of paranormal research is because of the television shows that started popping up in the early 2000s.
"Ghost Hunters," featuring The Atlantic Paranormal Society founders Jason Hawes and Grant Wilson, first hit the airwaves in October 2004.
"Paranormal State," which followed the haunted adventures of Ryan Buell and his Penn State University Paranormal Research Society, came to A&E Network in December 2007.
Then, in October 2008, Zak Bagans and his "Ghost Adventures" crew appeared on the Travel Channel for the first time.
On Jan. 30, Bagans — along with fellow investigator Aaron Goodwin and audio/video techs Billy Tolley and Jay Wasley — kicked off the season 12 of "Ghost Adventures" with a visit to the "Black Dahlia House" in Los Angeles
