Listen to Wrexham Pen-Y-Lan Hall ghouls 'speaking' in new recordings by ghost hunters
Paranormal investigators have released recordings of what they claim are ghosts speaking at a 17th century Wrexham home.
Ghosthunters Plas Teg Paranormal believe they have captured the voice of a ghoul saying “to cry” and “hello” during an investigation at Pen-Y-Lan Hall, near Ruabon.
The eerie voices were captured by the group’s technology expert Paul Rowland on a dictaphone in the grade II listed building’s cellar.
They were recorded when more than a dozen guests, including the Daily Post, visited Pen-Y-Lan Hall last month – but were only discovered when Paul reviewed footage and clips later.
He said: "The audio files are segments of a longer recording made in the cellar at Pen Y Lan, they are segments that I find unusual in that I do not believe they are spoken by the living people present.
