Dr. Chuck Kennedy has been professionally investigating the unknown since 1972. He developed the three step process of “Forensic EVPs,” (Electronic Voice Phenomena.) Which is an approach and process that has taken EVPs to a whole new level. Using this process, he has been able to capture the voices of Al Capone, Jack Ruby, John Wayne Gacy, Lee Harvey Oswald, and Abraham Lincoln just to name a few.
