Hamlet Depot museum to host haunting tour
HAMLET — A limited number of people will join the Southern Scientific Paranormal team at the Hamlet Depot and Museum Oct. 28 for a ghost tour — complete with a psychic medium to interpret the findings of four groups’ investigations.
Museum Manager and Downtown Coordinator Stephanie Thornsbury said the idea materialized before her while she brainstormed over “exciting new attractions” for the fall.
“It wasn’t only the ghost stories,” she said. “I wanted to encourage people to explore the historical aspects of the museum, too.”
