Korean Man Found Guilty For Scaring Drivers With “Ghost” Decal

BE AWARE THAT SCARING DRIVERS ON THE ROADS IN SOUTH KOREA IS AN OFFENCE.

On September 8, a Korean driver, identified as Kim (32), was found guilty for the violation of the Road Traffic Act by the Busan Western District Court. He was slapped with a fine of 100,000 won ($88) for scaring drivers on the roads with a “high-beam revene.ge ghost decal.”

In South Korea, the Road Traffic Act does not only cover the basic traffic regulations but also punishes drivers who use any form of action or mechanism to distract other drivers.
